About This Role
We are searching for experienced Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts across Willand, Cullompton, Tiverton, and the wider Devon area. You would be helping people live their best day-to-day lives, supporting with everything from personal care to activities and outings.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting individuals with person-centred care each day
- Helping people try activities that build their confidence and independence
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Driving company vehicles and acting as an escort when required
- Recording daily activities and support accurately
- Joining supervisions and team meetings
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 months' paid support work experience in the last 2 years
- Mandatory training in place (or willing to complete with us)
- Valid DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- Someone who genuinely cares and is committed to supporting vulnerable people
Pay & Benefits
