Support Worker – Female

About This Role
We are searching for experienced Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts across Poole and the wider Dorset area. You would be working in a one-to-one care setting, helping to create a fun and varied day for two females across all aspects of their daily life.

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing person-centred support and care to two females each day
- Helping them try new activities and build confidence and independence
- Supporting with all aspects of personal care, respectfully and with dignity
- Keeping clear, accurate records of daily activities and support given
- Attending regular supervisions and team meetings
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 months' paid support work experience in the last 2 years
- Mandatory training completed (or willing to complete with us)
- Up-to-date DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- You must be female due to the nature of the care
- Experience supporting people with epilepsy is a plus, but we'll provide training if not
