About This Role

We are searching for experienced Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts across Poole and the wider Dorset area. You would be working in a one-to-one care setting, helping to create a fun and varied day for two females across all aspects of their daily life.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing person-centred support and care to two females each day
Helping them try new activities and build confidence and independence
Supporting with all aspects of personal care, respectfully and with dignity
Keeping clear, accurate records of daily activities and support given
Attending regular supervisions and team meetings

What We're Looking For

At least 3 months' paid support work experience in the last 2 years
Mandatory training completed (or willing to complete with us)
Up-to-date DBS
Right to work in the UK
You must be female due to the nature of the care
Experience supporting people with epilepsy is a plus, but we'll provide training if not
