Support Worker – Female

About This Role
We are searching for experienced female Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts across Winton, Bournemouth, and the wider Dorset area. This is a one-to-one role supporting two females with their daily routines, from activities and outings to personal care.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting two females each day with person-centred, one-to-one care
- Helping them engage in activities that promote independence and confidence
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Maintaining clear daily records of activities and support
- Attending supervisions and team meetings
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 months' paid support work experience within the last 2 years
- Mandatory training completed (or willing to do so with us)
- Up-to-date DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- Must be female — the role requires it
- Experience with epilepsy is a bonus but not required — training provided
