Support Worker – Female

About This Role
We are searching for experienced female Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts across Boscombe, Bournemouth, and the wider Dorset area. This is a one-to-one care role supporting two females in their everyday lives, making each day as enjoyable and varied as possible.

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing hands-on, person-centred care and support to two females
- Supporting them to try activities that help build independence and confidence
- Assisting with personal care — always with respect and dignity
- Keeping accurate records of what you've done each day
- Joining team meetings and supervision sessions
What We're Looking For
- 3+ months' paid support work experience in the last 2 years
- Mandatory training in place (or willing to complete with us)
- Current DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- Female applicants only — required for this role
- Epilepsy experience is useful but not essential — we provide training
Pay & Benefits
- £14.24 – £22.41 per hour (including holiday pay)
