Support Worker – Female

About This Role
We are searching for experienced female Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts across Bournemouth and the wider Dorset area. This is a one-to-one care role supporting two females with their day-to-day lives, helping them stay active, engaged, and independent.

What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering one-to-one support and care to two females daily
- Encouraging them to get involved in activities that build their confidence
- Helping with personal care in a respectful, dignified way
- Writing up accurate daily records of care and activities
- Taking part in supervisions and team meetings
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 months' paid support work experience in the past 2 years
- Mandatory training done (or happy to do it with us)
- Up-to-date DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- Must be female — this is required for the role
- Epilepsy experience is helpful but training is provided
