About This Role
We are searching for experienced Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts across Ventnor, Shanklin, Sandown, and the wider Isle of Wight. The role is community-based, helping people with their daily lives, building independence, and providing genuine care.

What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering person-centred care and support to individuals daily
- Supporting people to take part in activities that build confidence and self-reliance
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Maintaining clear, accurate records of each day
- Attending team meetings and supervisions
What We're Looking For
- 3+ months' paid support work experience in the past 2 years
- Mandatory training completed (or willing to do it with us)
- Valid DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- A kind, practical approach and genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable people
