Support Worker

About This Role
We are searching for experienced Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts across the Isle of Wight, including Newport, Ryde, Shanklin, Sandown, Freshwater, Cowes, and the wider area.

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing person-centred support and care to individuals each day
- Helping people try new activities that build confidence and independence
- Supporting with personal care — always respectfully and with dignity
- Keeping clear, accurate daily records
- Attending regular supervisions and team meetings
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 months' paid support work experience in the last 2 years
- Mandatory training completed (or willing to complete with us)
- Up-to-date DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- A caring, hands-on approach with a genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable people
