Support Worker

About This Role
We are searching for experienced Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts across Freshwater, Newport, Cowes, and the wider Isle of Wight.

What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering person-centred support and care to individuals
- Encouraging people to get involved in activities that help build their confidence
- Assisting with personal care in a respectful, dignified way
- Writing up accurate daily records of support provided
- Taking part in supervisions and team meetings
What We're Looking For
- 3+ months' paid support work experience in the last 2 years
- Mandatory training done (or happy to complete with us)
- Current DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- Someone who genuinely cares about the people they support
Pay & Benefits
- £14.24 – £22.41 per hour (including holiday pay)
- Pay rate depends on shift type - not experience
