Support Worker

About This Role
We are searching for experienced Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts across Ryde, Sandown, Shanklin, and the wider Isle of Wight. The work is community-based, helping people live as independently as possible, with dignity and respect.

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing daily, person-centred support and care
- Helping individuals take part in activities that promote confidence and independence
- Supporting with all aspects of personal care, respectfully
- Maintaining accurate daily records
- Attending supervisions and team meetings regularly
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 months' paid support work experience in the past 2 years
- Mandatory training completed (or willing to do it with us)
- Up-to-date DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- A genuine, caring approach and commitment to the wellbeing of vulnerable people
Pay & Benefits
- £14.24 – £22.41 per hour (including holiday pay)
