Support Worker

About This Role
We are searching for experienced Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts across Cowes, Newport, Ryde, and the wider Isle of Wight.
We offer regular and flexible ad-hoc shifts with genuine support from our team. Whether you want a few shifts a week or something more regular, Nexo gives you the freedom to choose when and where you work.
Please note that this is not a permanent position, and we do not offer sponsorship.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing person-centred care and support to individuals each day
- Supporting people to engage in activities that help build their confidence and independence
- Helping with personal care — always with dignity and respect
- Keeping clear daily records of everything you do
- Joining supervisions and team meetings
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 months' paid support work experience in the last 2 years
- Mandatory training in place (or willing to complete with us)
- Current DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- A caring, proactive attitude and real commitment to supporting vulnerable people
Pay & Benefits
- £14.24 – £22.41 per hour (including holiday pay)
