Support Worker

About This Role
We are searching for experienced Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts across Uffculme, Cullompton, Willand, and the wider Devon area. You would be supporting people with their everyday lives, helping them stay active and live as independently as they can.

What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering person-centred care and support to individuals daily
- Encouraging people to take part in activities that build confidence and promote independence
- Helping with personal care, always with respect and dignity
- Driving company vehicles and acting as an escort when required
- Maintaining accurate daily records of activities and support
- Taking part in regular supervisions and team meetings
What We're Looking For
- 3+ months' paid support work experience in the last 2 years
- Mandatory training done (or willing to do it with us)
- Current DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- A genuine, caring attitude and real commitment to the wellbeing of vulnerable people
Pay & Benefits
