Support Worker

About This Role
We are searching for experienced Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts across Tiverton, Cullompton, Uffculme, and the wider Devon area.

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing person-centred support and care to individuals each day
- Helping people get involved in activities that build their confidence and independence
- Assisting with personal care respectfully and with dignity
- Driving company vehicles and escorting people when needed
- Keeping clear and accurate daily records
- Attending supervisions and team meetings
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 months' paid support work experience in the last 2 years
- Mandatory training completed (or happy to complete with us)
- Up-to-date DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- A caring, practical approach and a genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable people
Pay & Benefits
- £14.24 – £22.41 per hour (including holiday pay)
- Pay rate depends on shift type - not experience
