About This Role

We are searching for experienced Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts across Tiverton, Cullompton, Uffculme, and the wider Devon area. You'd be based in residential homes in and around Tiverton, supporting adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities to get the most out of every day.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing person-centred support and care to individuals each day
Helping people get involved in activities that build their confidence and independence
Assisting with personal care respectfully and with dignity
Driving company vehicles and escorting people when needed
Keeping clear and accurate daily records
Attending supervisions and team meetings
Administer medication safely and accurately, in line with your training and each person's support plan

What We're Looking For

At least 3 months' paid support work experience in the last 2 years
Mandatory training completed (or happy to complete with us)
Up-to-date DBS
Right to work in the UK
A caring, practical approach and a genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable people
