Support Worker

About This Role
We are searching for experienced Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts across Shanklin, Sandown, Ventnor, and the wider Isle of Wight.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting individuals with person-centred care each day
- Encouraging people to try activities that help them grow in confidence
- Helping with personal care, always treating people with dignity
- Recording daily activities and support clearly and accurately
- Attending supervisions and team meetings
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 months' paid support work experience in the last 2 years
- Mandatory training completed (or happy to complete with us)
- Current DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- Someone who's genuinely committed to the wellbeing of vulnerable people
Pay & Benefits
- £14.24 – £22.41 per hour (including holiday pay)
