Support Worker

About This Role
We are searching for experienced Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts across Sandown, Shanklin, Ventnor, and the wider Isle of Wight.

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing person-centred support and care to individuals each day
- Helping people engage in activities that promote their confidence and independence
- Assisting with personal care — respectfully and with dignity
- Keeping daily records accurate and up to date
- Being part of supervisions and regular team catch-ups
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 months' paid support work experience in the last 2 years
- Mandatory training in place (or willing to complete with us)
- Up-to-date DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- A caring nature and genuine interest in supporting vulnerable people
Pay & Benefits
- £14.24 – £22.41 per hour (including holiday pay)
- Pay rate depends on shift type - not experience
