About This Role

We're on the lookout for experienced Support Workers to pick up flexible agency shifts at a fantastic supported living service on the Isle of Portland.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals every day
Encourage and support people to try new activities that build confidence, independence and help them reach their full potential
Offer respectful, dignified support with all aspects of personal care
Keep clear, accurate records of the daily activities and support you provide
Join regular supervision and team meetings to grow professionally and keep care consistent and high-quality
Administer medication safely and accurately, in line with your training and each person's support plan

What We're Looking For

At least 3 months' paid support work experience within the last 2 years
Mandatory training completed (or a willingness to complete it with us)
An up-to-date DBS
The right to work in the UK
A compassionate, person-centred and proactive approach, with a real commitment to safeguarding and the wellbeing of vulnerable people

Pay & Benefits

£14.24–£22.41 per hour, including holiday pay
Pay rate is based on shift type, not experience
