About This Role

A wonderful supported living service in Dorchester is looking for experienced Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts.

You'll have access to regular, flexible ad-hoc work with excellent pay and strong support. It's ideal if you want extra earnings, better rewards, or the freedom to decide when and where you work with Nexo.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide person-centred, high-quality care and support to individuals daily
Inspire and assist people to take on new activities that build confidence, independence and help them achieve their full potential
Give dignified, respectful support with all aspects of personal care
Record daily activities and the support you deliver clearly and accurately
Attend regular supervision and team meetings to develop professionally and keep care consistent and high-quality
Administer medication safely and correctly, in line with your training and each individual's support plan

What We're Looking For

At least 3 months of paid support work experience over the last 2 years
A full UK driving licence (this role is drivers only)
Mandatory training finished (or a willingness to do it with us)
An up-to-date DBS
The legal right to work in the UK
