About This Role

Experienced Support Workers wanted in Weymouth to cover flexible agency shifts at a wonderful supported living service.

This is an agency role, not a permanent position, and sponsorship isn't available. You'll need a full UK driving licence (drivers only).

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver high-quality, person-centred support and care to the people you work with each day
Motivate and help people to try new activities that grow their confidence and independence and unlock their full potential
Support people respectfully and with dignity through every aspect of personal care
Maintain clear and accurate records of the support and daily activities provided
Take part in regular supervision and team meetings that support your development and keep care consistently high
Give medication safely and accurately, following your training and each person's support plan

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 3 months' paid support work experience in the past 2 years
A full UK driving licence (drivers only for this role)
Completed mandatory training (or happy to complete it with us)
A current, up-to-date DBS
Eligibility to work in the UK
A caring, person-centred and proactive attitude, genuinely committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of vulnerable people
