About This Role
We are searching for experienced Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts across Newport, Cowes, Ryde, and the wider Isle of Wight.

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing hands-on, person-centred support and care
- Helping individuals try new things that build their confidence and promote independence
- Assisting with personal care respectfully and with dignity
- Keeping accurate records of daily activities and support given
- Taking part in regular supervisions and team meetings
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 months' paid support work experience in the last 2 years
- Mandatory training completed (or willing to complete with us)
- Up-to-date DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- A genuinely caring approach and a commitment to the wellbeing of vulnerable people
Pay & Benefits
- £14.24 – £22.41 per hour (including holiday pay)
- Pay rate depends on shift type - not experience
