Support Worker

About This Role
We are searching for experienced Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts across Cullompton, Tiverton, Uffculme, and the wider Devon area. The work is hands-on, supporting people in their daily lives and helping them stay as independent as possible.

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing person-centred support and care to individuals each day
- Helping people try new activities that build confidence and independence
- Supporting with personal care — respectfully and with dignity
- Driving company vehicles and escorting people when needed
- Keeping clear, accurate daily records
- Attending supervisions and team meetings
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 months' paid support work experience in the last 2 years
- Mandatory training completed (or willing to complete with us)
- Up-to-date DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- A caring, hands-on approach with a genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable people
Pay & Benefits
