Healthcare Assistant – Female

About This Role
We are searching for experienced female Care Assistants to cover flexible agency shifts at care homes across Corsham, Chippenham, Melksham, and the wider Wiltshire area.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting residents with personal care — washing, dressing, mobility, toileting
- Assisting at mealtimes and making sure residents stay hydrated
- Writing up accurate care records
- Being part of a professional care team focused on safe, dignified care
- Showing genuine kindness and respect to every resident
What We're Looking For
- Must be female — required for 1-to-1 care delivery
- 3+ months' paid UK care experience in the last 2 years (Care Assistant / HCA / Support Worker)
- Mandatory training done (or happy to complete with us)
- Current DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- Someone who's reliable, approachable, and communicates well
