Care Assistant – Female – Melksham
£14.24 – £22.41/ph
About This Role
We are searching for experienced female Care Assistants to cover flexible agency shifts at care homes across Melksham, Chippenham, Corsham, Calne, and the wider Wiltshire area.

What You'll Be Doing
- Helping residents with personal care needs — washing, dressing, mobility, toileting
- Supporting with meals and hydration
- Keeping care records accurate and up to date
- Working alongside the care team to maintain safe, dignified standards
- Treating residents with patience, kindness, and respect
What We're Looking For
- Female applicants only — required for the care setting
- At least 3 months' paid UK care experience in the past 2 years (Care Assistant / HCA / Support Worker)
- Mandatory training in place (or willing to complete with us)
- Up-to-date DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- Reliable, personable, and a clear communicator
Pay & Benefits
- £14.24 – £22.41 per hour (including holiday pay)
- Pay rate depends on shift type - not experience
