About This Role

We are searching for experienced Care Assistants to cover flexible agency shifts at well-rated care homes across Chippenham, Corsham, Melksham, Calne, and the wider Wiltshire area. You'll pick up shifts at residential homes across Chippenham and nearby towns, helping residents stay independent, comfortable, and engaged.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing personal care and daily living support — washing, dressing, mobility, toileting
Helping residents at mealtimes and with hydration
Keeping accurate care records
Working as part of the care team to deliver safe, dignified care
Treating every resident with kindness and respect

What We're Looking For

Must be female due to the 1-to-1 nature of care
At least 3 months' paid UK care experience in the last 2 years (Care Assistant / HCA / Support Worker)
Mandatory training completed (or willing to complete with us)
Up-to-date DBS
Right to work in the UK
Reliable, friendly, and good at communicating
