Care Assistant – Female – Calne
£14.24 – £22.41/ph
About This Role
We are searching for experienced female Care Assistants to cover flexible agency shifts at care homes across Calne, Chippenham, Melksham, and the wider Wiltshire area.

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing personal care support — washing, dressing, helping with mobility and toileting
- Making sure residents are supported at mealtimes and staying hydrated
- Keeping clear and accurate care records
- Working within the care team to provide safe, dignified care
- Being kind, patient, and respectful with every resident
What We're Looking For
- Must be female — this is a 1-to-1 care role
- At least 3 months' paid UK care experience in the last 2 years (Care Assistant / HCA / Support Worker)
- Mandatory training completed (or willing to do it with us)
- Current DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- Friendly, dependable, and a good communicator
Pay & Benefits
- £14.24 – £22.41 per hour (including holiday pay)
- Pay rate depends on shift type - not experience
