Care Assistant

About This Role
We are searching for experienced Care Assistants to cover flexible agency shifts at care homes across Perth, Coupar Angus, and the wider Perthshire area.

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing personal care support — washing, dressing, mobility, toileting
- Making sure residents are supported at mealtimes and staying well hydrated
- Keeping care records accurate and complete
- Playing your part in the care team to deliver safe, dignified care
- Treating every resident with genuine kindness and respect
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 months' paid UK care experience in the last 2 years (Care Assistant / HCA / Support Worker)
- Mandatory training completed (or willing to complete with us)
- Up-to-date PVG
- SSSC registration
- Right to work in the UK
- Friendly, dependable, and a strong communicator
Pay & Benefits
- £14.24 – £22.41 per hour (including holiday pay)
- Pay rate depends on shift type - not experience
